Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless payment terms have been granted in advance.

Confidentiality

Jelani Information Sytems (JIS) and Computer Service hold customer data in the strictest confidence. Any confidential information disclosed by you will remain your sole property, and JIS shall employ reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized use of such information.

Warranty

All services come with a 10-day warranty. If the work is unsatisfactory and the fault lies with JIS, we will correct the problem at no additional charge. The warranty shall be void if changes are made to settings or incompatible hardware or software has been installed by the customer or other non-JIS personnel after the work in question was completed.

Hardware Warranty

All hardware is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for the specified period at purchase.
